Al Rabwa is a stylish and all-comprehensive compound stretching over 505 Feddan uniquely designed in the shape of the palm of a hand. The villas vary in design and space. Every villa consists of two floors, a garden, and a private garage.
Buildings in Al-Rabwa does not exceed 9% of the total area of over two million square meters, while the remainder was green spaces and services and roads and playgrounds.
The idea of building Al Rabwa was brought forth due to the urgent need to spread out and away from the city; in a place where you can find peace of mind and enjoy undisturbed stretches of lush green grass. Gardens occupy 41% of the overall area and are separated from the pedestrian passages and roads. The compound is surrounded by a 10-meter wide horse track.
